New Basement Dig-out, Chelsea

We carried out the exquisite refurbishment of this house in Smith Street in 2009.  The clients have now come back to us as they would like to extend their basement under the garden to incorporate a cinema and spa.

Basement planning applications are getting tougher, especially in conservation areas of central London, however, we have the right experience and people to handle this in our team and will also be overseeing the complex party wall negotiations.  The actual dig-out, which is a pretty messy and noisy operation, will be handled by a specialist team whom we have worked with previously.
